"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
"I stay 2 night last weekend
Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that
But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out
But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and charge me for the thing I don’t even use , I Stay at many 5 star hotel, never stay at a hotel like this , I'm very disappointed
Wish they would investigate who make the Tv damage , and send my money back ,also everyone should be careful what you stay , because if even 5 star hotel would do this.imagine the price they make you to pay is even more than 535 usd…. This is so crazy"
