“Excellent. BR & baths accommodated 6 men with plenty of space & privacy. The only thing to make it better would be to move the house to the beach. However, beach access was convenient. Easy walk from house to beach. Casey was great at staying in touch & communicating throughout the process. ”

“The house could have been cleaned. We found wrappers on the floor, loose rice on the floor. Had to wipe down kitchen counters good as they were dirty. There’s dried toothpaste stuck to the cabinet in the downstairs bedroom bathroom. Could use bigger frying pans for when cooking for large groups.”

“One of the greatest vacation rentals we've stayed in over the course of 20 years. We were there for our son's graduation from UTMB and the Purple Pelican made for the perfect home base. The beach is right there and you can see the Gulf of America from the beautiful porch. This place exceeded our expectations and is even nicer than the pictures display. Highly recommend. ”
