“Property accurate listing, area was very quiet, more adult friendly than child friendly, which was awesome for us. Nearby beaches are not white sands and clear waters, drove roughly 55 minutes south of Property to Clearwater beaches north which is less crowded and beautiful beaches. Would recommend this Property for stay in the future. ”

“Easy check in and out, owners were very detailed in communication, great location near sand key and Clearwater beaches plus restaurants and bars. The added bonus of a parking spot was a nice addition compared to the surrounding hotels with 40-50 per day parking rates. The Avalon Club made everything seamless from check-in, utilizing their beach amenities (towels, chairs, etc), and even housekeeping and maintenance.
