“I gave this property a 5 star rating because: (1) it is super clean, (2) it is well stocked with everything you'll need including toiletries and paper goods, (3) it is in a great neighborhood and is well maintained, (4) the landscaping is beautiful and the pictures and description in the listing are spot on accurate, (5) it is a very quiet and private setting with a beautiful pool and hot tub. “I stayed in this clean little cottage with 2 friends. The beautiful white sandy beach is just steps away and provide a gorgeous foreground for beautiful sunset photos. It was nice to have ice already made when we walked through the door. The bed was comfortable and the pull out bed just needed a little padding on the bar. We would definitely return for another visit. ”

“The 3 of us adults really enjoyed the stay for a week - Feb 15 to 22, 2025. Code for the door made it easy. Had everything I needed. WiFi worked well for work-from-home. Plenty of towels and stocked supplies. Everything was functionally working and better than typical accommodations. Place was 2 miles from Edgewater Drive Park. I ran and walked there several times. Not far from downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants. Owner was very courteous, friendly and responsive. Pool and yard……

“My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely guest suite in Spring Hill! The host was quick to communicate when needed and very welcoming! We had family in the area so we didn't hang out at the rental too much, but it was perfect for our overnight 3-day stay. Sadly, the weather was very chilly during our visit so we could not use the inviting outdoor pool outside our bedroom door. ”

“Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! We had not called about it so obviously it was already planned. Very nice location easy to find and get to. ”

“We had a great time staying here! We came in January so it wasn't very warm but I couldn't keep my kids out of the heated pool! It was great and we had towels trash out of the dryer for when they came out! Great location, close to everything we wanted to do! “This rental is easily one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. The whole house and contents are in great condition and the owner has made sure everything is organized and well designed. The location was lovely for watching all the birds on the canal and the area was very walkable. We highly recommend a stay here!”

“It was a fantastic condo close to the beach and within a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores. The view of the inlet was perfect and quite relaxing. We had a small issue, and the property manager and owner jumped right on it. Great communicators! Each bedroom had its own full bath, and the built-in elevator sure did help with heavy luggage. Great floor plan, and nice appliances. Highly recommend!”
