“We enjoyed the location of the house, that was perfect! When we arrived, however, we were not hit with a 'WOW' factor at all... decor and conditions of some walls/ceiling/baseboards were in poor conditions, badly in need of paint touchups. The ceiling in the living room clearly shows water stains from previous leak, yet, it appears noone considered painting over the repairs, very unsightly to look at. The master bedroom has 1 picture (it appears that there used to be 2 but the remaining one……

“We enjoyed our stay at this budget friendly rental. The location is right on the beach and only a short drive to stores and restaurants. The Nauti Beaver Hut is a fun place to hang out with fun activities and good music on the weekends. Tia Juanita’s is a must for us when we stay in Bolivar! If you are bringing small dogs, the gate at the driveway has gaps they can get through, so I recommend bringing something to put in front of it. There are sticker burrs so wear shoes when walking through……

“This is our second stay at Bolivar Peninsula. This location was almost impossible to beat! Direct access to the beach spoiled us with the ability to get the best out of this rental while also enjoying the beach all the time. Great overall experience and will absolutely go back. The kids loved it, the surf fishing was awesome, and the house was comfortable. ”

“We rent a beach house on average twice a year for family fun on the Gulf shoreline. This home and host were great, location the best for a less commercial experience. We got to see pelicans and dolphins from the balcony!!! One of the crew caught fish from the shore in front of the house. House welllStocked with cooking supplies and place settings. We had two days of stay inside weather and the house was enjoyable and the hot tub was amazing. Family is asking for a repeat trip to this……
