“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hammondsport. The hotel is clean and new and clearly well maintained and run. We tried out most of the amenities - the breakfast, pool, nightly firepits. The daily breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have enjoyed and the ladies who managed it were so helpful and kind. The pool was great fun for the kids and the firepits were an unexpected plus. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. The hotel is a little outside of town, but just a……

“Surprised that there is a $5 fee for parking which isn’t a big deal, but there a semi vacant mall next to the hotel. It just doesn’t make sense . ”

“Everyone was so nice and attentive. The only thing that does need improvement is the morning continental breakfast. No orange juice or the breakfast sandwich also no fruit. All I was able to get at 6:30am was yogurt, coffee and cereal. It was not good but other than that everything else was good. Thank you to everyone for making my stay good. I will be back soon.”

“This property was a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. It had a lot of room to spread out and almost seemed like a studio apartment rather than a hotel room. It was on top of a restaurant called Burgers and Beer. I didn’t feel the same sense of cleanliness there, but the food was good. Next time, I would skip the restaurant. ”
