“Love the property. This is our second time staying there. The property and the hosts are amazing”

“This is cottage is everything you see in the pictures and more. It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. The views and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The hot tub was a very much appreciated amenity at night, enjoying the beautiful country night. We loved sitting on the deck watching the horses ride by. The location is perfect; 10 minutes from the cute little town of Bedford and a half hour away from Lynchburg. The cottage was……

“Beautiful farmhouse set in the middle of the orchard at the foothills of Peaks of Otter. Quiet and peaceful and Ronnie was so helpful and kind. Loved the farm store too. Hope to come back to visit again! Thank you for having us.”

“Rest, relaxation with top notch care! Pulling up to the house was like a picture in a postcard! Then walking in and seeing the class of 2025 decorations was the cherry on top!!! Jeffery was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Our only suggestion would be to add blinds to the upstairs bedrooms but outside of this was beyond perfect and we can’t wait to come back soon! ”
