“初到酒店有點迷路，但整體非常舒服”

“位在超方便的加東(Katong) 市區, 飯店正下方是一間很大的便利商店, 對面是好逛又好吃的商場, 走路1分鐘到公車/MRT , 超方便的飯店, 新加坡住宿好選擇!!”

“地點很好對面就是捷運站，離機場也很近，房間也大，但就是老飯店了， 清潔度要加強，浴室落水孔水流很慢，會積水”

“Overall a nice stay experience. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants, and a large supermarket nearby. The only drawback is that people start working and vehicles running in the ally in the early morning. Quite noisy if your room is close to the ally.”

“冰箱非常臭，不知是否都沒有清潔，客廳的燈無法關，主臥室衣櫃拉門很難拉，會卡住”

“安靜，但控煙不足，間中中央冷氣會傳來其他房間的煙味”

“This place is essentially a set that looks good in photos. No windows, deeply uncomfortable beds with a bright blue light that won't turn off. It's technically a hotel room, and it technically gives you what you pay for. I will probably make a different choice in the future. ”

“Lina and all the font desk people are very helpful. The washer and dryer in the room is great. ”

“1. It doesn't worth to pay 210SGD/night for this facility at all. 2. Bad location, next to the junction of highway, whenever the cab coming to pick up or dropping you to hotel, before that, the cab will be facing heavy traffic jam. Especially, recently there is construction work on progress which building surrounding the hotel, also bringing the big noisy during day time. 3. Extremely disrespectful attitude and bad manner from all employee, bad face always when you're asking for anything or……

“這次在Hotel 81(Premier） princess共住12晚 說中文櫃檯服務人員也聽得懂，入住時有告知二天打掃房間一次，結果是每天都會將垃圾收走換大浴巾放牙刷，二天換一次床單跟枕頭套 垃圾桶只有一個沒辦法將垃圾跟回收的瓶罐分開放 ，我只能將回收瓶罐放在垃圾桶外面，建議垃圾桶可以放二個讓入住客人可以順手將垃圾分類 其他方面都很好 ”

“I have been staying in the hotel from May 2-5 in Rm 303 (a Family Quadruple Room; and from May 5-9 in Room 312, which is a single queen's bed room for myself only. For Rm 303, it was extremely small, although in the photo it showed a large room, the air-conditioner was very hot, no matter how we adjusted it, it stayed at 26-28 degree C, the bath room was hot like a sauna room. For Rm 312, the size was a normal single room, but the air-conditioner was extremely cold, I have to keep switching……
