“整體裝修風格非常萬豪，挺喜歡的。 浴室花灑很舒服，但廁所沒有手機的托盤小可惜。 服務非常friendly，房內點餐good service，向butler查詢一些景點內容都能回復。 另外，窗戶感覺有點髒，大玻璃景色很美但外墻有點污漬；然後房間裡面沒有usb充電頭有點需要更新了；以及用酒店打新加坡本地電話竟然要額外收費有點不可思議。”

“當然酒店的地理位置離公共交通很熱鬧的烏節路比較遠，確實不怎麼方便，但是前台的英子小姐非常的親切熱誠，完全解除了我們的憂慮，並仔細的介紹著名的觀光景點和噓寒問暖，讓我們覺得很窩心。”

“Reception Joy is super nice and very an efficient girl. I travelled with an elder, Joy carefully and considerately arrange a room for us without walking too far. Housekeeper Fang well tidy up our room:) All staff were friendly, helpful started from reception, club lounge, poolside bar and Makan restaurant We used all the facilities. Well experience:)”

“The original room that I was being given was very noisy, as the bar with loud music was just right below. The staffs were kind and agreed to change room for me at higher floor with room facing a different side, so problem solved.”
