“Dirty room with bugs ”

“It is a good recommendable hotel compared with price.”

“The hotel room for single person is small yet cozy. A little smell from the closet. The bathroom is neat and tidy which is enough for one person. The working desk next to the bed is not large but yet sufficient for placing a laptop with a keyboard. The bed is a bit soft but still acceptable (as a person that prefers sleeping on hard beds). A drinking fountain is available for each floor.”

“The service is quite good. And the staff are very helpful. I lost a card and they timely response and email for me for management!”

“A bit of walking to get there from the bus stop and quite pricey for a small room, but overall a good and comfortable stay. ”

“We would have liked it very much if Wotif had not overbooked and the room we had booked and paid for in Singapore was not available. We have NEVER experienced this before through any accommodation booking platform. This left us stranded in Singapore in a tropical storm with no hotel room. We are in our 70s and this was not appreciated, causing unnecessary stress and extra cost (extra taxi and hotel room). We will be seeking full refund and compensation from Wotif. ”
