“Hotel designed for locals to scape to. They are not used to having international guests. There was very limited English spoken or understood by staff, strict Kosher and Shabot practices, several small things missing you’d expect from a high end international hotel like easy access room service, online restaurant menus, online or printed out complete activities schedule, and general service availability hours posted. ”

“Everything is fine but nothing posted in English and we have no idea when breakfast starts.”

“Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. ”
