There was very limited English spoken or understood by staff, strict Kosher and Shabot practices, several small things missing you’d expect from a high end international hotel like easy access room service, online restaurant menus, online or printed out complete activities schedule, and general service availability hours posted. ”

“Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. ”

“Absolutely stunning hotel! Even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious.
