We enjoyed the rooftop when feasible, and everything (takeout, delivery) worked as we hoped. The parking was an added plus and really helped during the hot and/or rainy weather. “Great location- beautiful views- we stayed here for the NASCAR race in Dover. The townhouse was absolutely spotless. The set up was perfect for our group with a bedroom and full bath on the main floor for my dad and other bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. We spent mornings and evenings out on the deck enjoying the view. Owner is a great communicator. One word of caution- do not rely on Google Maps as it took us down the neighbors……

“This home is more than beautiful! The layout was so open that even with 15 of us we were not crowded at all. The view off the balcony is serene and a beautiful way to start the day with coffee and family. Oh-and the table-all of us together at each dinner was a joy. We all loved the pool, outdoor games and fire pit. Not one moment of boredom for anyone-ages 1-65. Brian is a top notch host for sure! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family!!!
