“We wanted a safe room, with a hot shower and a confortable bed to rest for the night before continueing oir journey the following morning and Elephant Springs Hotel provided that. It is also conveniently situated in the middle of town. ”
“Our room had sand and didn’t seem like it was prepared properly before our arrival. Also didn’t have an iron and ironing board. They told me I need to pay one of their staff to iron my clothing for me.”
“The property was lovely, but unfortunately no one was there to greet us and we also did not have the gate number. This caused a lot of stress as we could not gain access. Thankfully a neighbor was in and was able to get in touch with someone.”
