“Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper……

“We were in town for a work conference and didn't want to stay in an over-priced hotel! This house was in a great location, within 15 minutes from downtown WS and close to many local restaurants. The house was very clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days! The parking situation was great, we had 3 cars and there was plenty of space! The neighbors were friendly, the neighborhood was nice, and felt very safe the whole trip! Only downside was, we struggled to get the……
