“房间有一股味道，洗澡间出来的木地板很滑，房间的咖啡机坏了叫前台帮忙换没帮我换。不过，他们的态度都很友好，给了我一个在窗外可以看到一颗漂亮的树的房间”

“The staff were very accommodating and the facility and room were very clean and neat. ”

“When I booked the room it wasn't clear it was a smoking room. The water pressure was low. And when we got ready to leave a car parked right behind my truck making it impossible to get out. I went to the office to find out who the car belongs to they said there is no way for us to know we dont collect tag # anymore just go knock on doors it took a two hours to get out. ”

“How refreshing to have a front desk agent look up and smile when checking us in. I would say 99% of the time anymore, hotel staff don’t even make eye contact or speak in full sentences, much less make you feel welcome. For once we were made to feel like guests, not inconveniences that interrupt their staring at a phone. ”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”
