My biggest complaint is that the only ammenity that was a must have for me was a hot tub. It was listed as an amenity. The check in book has all hot tub instructions. When we arrived the hot tub was not filled with water or functional. I would not have booked this property if there was no hot tub. When the property manager reached out to me i expressed my……
