“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“The hotel is well located next to the university,walk distance to every where,lots bars and restaurants near by,one thing is the socket for the hair dryer is too far to the miorror,which is difficult for dry your hair,another is the service in the restaurant is very slow,we have waited for half an hour for our breakfast.”

“1.預訂三人房，因飯店超賣，要改成行政房(一張雙人床+一張沙發床)，補償措施是免費使用行政酒廊三。2.早餐一成不變，有損我們對希爾頓飯店的期待。”

“早歺食品種類少，供應之食物：麵包唔新鮮，煙火腿有異味，可能已經變壞，要求跟進未有改善，下次可能再考慮入住，原因是晚歺餐廳職員專業，食物質素高，交通方便”
