“We went as a group of 3 girls. The hotel was comfortable and the balcony provided a beautiful view. Free wifi and toiletries for use. The area felt safe and everything to see (muesuem, cathedral, water taxi, restaurants) were all within a good walking distance. Locals were friendly and open to chat. “My husband and I walked from the water taxi to the Great House Inn - hot but less than 8 minutes (with our luggage), so appreciated the location. Reception was on 2nd floor, but as soon as we got there, an attendant took all our luggage up. Receptionist was awesome and SUPER helpful. “The hotel had very little to no amenities. They had filtered water in the community kitchen. The room had a refrigerator and cable tv. The bed was comfortable. It's in walking distance to the ferry for caye caulker and San Pedro. They had a community refrigerator and microwave in kitchen. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited places that offer delivery for food. ”
