“My husband and I walked from the water taxi to the Great House Inn - hot but less than 8 minutes (with our luggage), so appreciated the location. Reception was on 2nd floor, but as soon as we got there, an attendant took all our luggage up. Receptionist was awesome and SUPER helpful. Room was very spacious and clean -quaint We used the pool and upper deck facilities. We ordered take-out from the upper deck, and WIFI was spotty, so receptionist came and got us when it was ready. “I loved everything about Victoria House! I will definitely be back. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was amazing! Spa and food were exceptional (especially the octopus tostadas)! No complaints! I just wish I had stayed longer!”

“Location is closed to city center, just next to Tourist Information office. All facilities quite old.”

“The casino next door had the bass blaring until 1am. The the patrons gather in the courtyard after closing for the next hour. When the casino was closed ,the staff of the hotel partied until done. I was originally assigned a dorm room but because the wifi wasn't working. And the pool was not functioning as well. Not a good experience for my first visit. Don't send anyone else there. Pleasr ”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Since the 1st time the new owners have added the Nauti Crab Bar. We enjoyed the activities and music at the bar. The food was also very good. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We liked having the full kitchen to be able make some of our own meals. We would definitely stay here again.”
