“Horrible experience!!! 1st off I get to the hotel and the guy at the desk informs me that the TV doesn’t work. Inconvenient but decided to deal with it. (No discount for loss of amenities or anything) then I was getting ready to go out with my girlfriend and we get a knock on the door and it’s the front desk guy saying I have to pay $100+ again (room was already paid in full) or I had to get out. Took hours to get resolved and still no compensation. Ruined our whole night ”

“The proximity to Disneyland is unmatched. It's directly accross the street from Disneyland which is great. There's a Ihop and Denny across about a block away which is very convenient if you don't want to pay Downtown Disney prices for breakfast. The parking lot staff and front desk was great. The parking was a bit much $170 for 2 cars for three days but I guess that is par for the course in a resort area. The shower handle actually popped off but I installed it right back on. “I liked the convenient location and friendly staff. Beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The fridge leaked and was too loud to sleep, so I unplugged it and slept fine after that. There was another loud electrical humming (that was odd sounding and disruptive) that made it too loud to sleep in one of the rooms, so we turned on the fan to make more noise and drown it out.
