“Overall, the hotel room was clean (looked like it had been recently remodeled) and had all the basics I needed for one night, but it was difficult to sleep because of the traffic on Lincoln Blvd. I also had other people going in and out of their rooms next to and below me that made a lot of noise when the doors slammed, and it kept going on right up until midnight. No coffee maker in the room (one is located in the small lobby), and no free breakfast. Otherwise, it was a pretty good hotel.”

“We really enjoyed staying at Santa Monica Hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was really only one downside - the room was pretty warm and there seemed to be no A/C. Overall, it was a good value for the area and a lovely walk down to the beach. ”

“Outstanding experience at this charming boutique hotel, where all details have obviously been well thought out. Very quiet room despite being on a busy street, well-lit room, great wi-if, very comfortable bed and a well- thought out room layout (counter space in bathroom, etc).
