“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……

“Nice boutique hotel located in beverly hill neighborhood. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They give warm welcome to guests and even trip suggestion. The bar are nice and cozy. Those the room is comparatively small, but it's understandable given the safe and sound location. Few mins walk to rodeo street and beverly hill sign.”

“Had a nice three day weekend at this property. Wish that there was parking included. Also had issues with the Wi-Fi, which was important because I was not working remote. If that doesn’t apply then property was very nice and cozy. The host were responsive as well.”
