“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……

“My group had the most wonderful experience at this older historic Hotel. When you walk in you get the sense that this iconic landmark drew a large crowd of theater and Hollywood greats. This even goes back to a property built for Lillian Gish, a pre-talkies Movie star who reached out to teach young women, the art of acting. It was originally a mentored youth hostel. The old elevator took us to our comfortable room and the big King sized bed offered the best sleep. The housekeeping service……
