“Outstanding experience at this charming boutique hotel, where all details have obviously been well thought out. Very quiet room despite being on a busy street, well-lit room, great wi-if, very comfortable bed and a well- thought out room layout (counter space in bathroom, etc). Nice coffee maker, steamer, and fresh filtered water. Breakfast is a highlight - high quality and tasty. The courtyard is very mellow and a great place to eat or spend time. “1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……
