“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……

“The blinds in our room were broken at the bottom and the slats were too far apart, so the room was very bright as soon as the sun came up. Room darkening shades are a must in a hotel. There was still a lot of noise from cars, even though we paid to be on the quiet side. The staff we met were very kind, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean.”
