“This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place……

“I arrived in the middle of the night, half asleep and couldn't find the place. Mandy responded to my middle-of-the-night phone call and made sure I got into the place okay. I was in an unfamiliar place and hadn't rented Loft 108 before. I was was relieved that I didn't have to sleep in my car overnight and impressed by her attentiveness as a host. “I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler.
