It feels like you're walking into your own home - there's a living room, dining room, large kitchen, and the bedroom and bathroom are the perfect size. We loved walking to the lakes just a couple blocks over and all of the food and shopping on Hennepin. We even caught the bus to and from downtown Minneapolis just two blocks away.Annie was very communicative and did a great job accommodating our……

“I arrived in the middle of the night, half asleep and couldn't find the place. Mandy responded to my middle-of-the-night phone call and made sure I got into the place okay. I was in an unfamiliar place and hadn't rented Loft 108 before. I was was relieved that I didn't have to sleep in my car overnight and impressed by her attentiveness as a host. Alison was available for the couple questions I had and I got to meet her and her sweet pup working in the garden.The apartment was fully outfitted with all I needed, including perfectly midwestern cheese and crackers for my arrival. “This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place……

“We were in town for a concert and chose Gigi's for the location. We were no more then 10 minutes for everything we wanted to see with easy access to the freeway to get us there and back. Communicating with the host was easy. The unit was much larger than expected. It was clean and stocked with all the basics you would expect. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Gigi's is the perfect stay for a family looking to see what Minneapolis……

Host was most responsive to our many queries and questions and readily agreed to extend our stay at the last minute.Well worth the price. We're coming back”
