The host is very attentive without being intrusive. The garden and sitting areas beautiful and relaxing. My wife and I spent 2 1/2 weeks here and didn't want to leave. We are planning to book next time we are in Mpls. Caveat, you are near the airport but for the most part not under a flight path. You do hear the rumble of jet engines, sort……

“My two young sons and I had a very nice visit to The Boathouse. The lake is well used but not busy and the water is calm. We spent our time on the kayaks, fishing from the dock, and on land with a fire to warm up the cool summer evenings. The Boathouse is well-kept, comfortable, and charming and the hosts are delightful and generous. The drive into the twin cities is very easy. I would definitely recommend. ”

“Perfect location to attend Ribfest at Mystic Lake Casino on Friday night, have a relaxing weekend at the local pool & in the hot tub, then see Shinedown at the Target Center on Monday night. The house was very comfortable & AC worked great! Host was quick to answer questions, but we didn't experience any issues during our stay that we needed to contact him for. Just a couple of notes, if you have more than 2 coffee drinkers, the coffee pot is only "5 cups"; if you plan on doing a lot of cooking,……
