“The toilet and toilet are broken, very bad experience”

“Hot tub and pool were modern & clean, I was in town for a safety conference and appreciated this hotel's anti-slip safety in the tub and all around the pool, quiet pool and room , very nice staff.”

“This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611. OMG, there were bed bugs when I slept at night. I was full of bed bug bites. I was so itchy that I asked the front desk to change my room. It was so bad. I probably won’t stay in that hotel again after my first stay. ”

“The front desk staff was not allowing me to check in due to the name of reservation is different with the name on my passport. This was the first time I encountered such situation. Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved. ”

“I was a bit shocked that it was "the policy of this hotel" not to check rooms and replace towels, even though a sticker on the mirror said Leave towels onbthe floor to replace, hang up to reuse. Front desk was prompt and extremely nice about providing day 2 towels.”
