“Every time we have a business trip to Minneapolis, this is always our 1st choice. The location is great which is close to the airport and it is just next to Mall of America where we can eat various types of food and do some shopping. ”

“Was close to shopping! Offered shuttle but difficult for older people to get into van. Driver not helpful. Handicapped rooms with roll in showers should not be so far from front desk!! Hard to get to any amenities!! Rooms are being remodeled which bathrooms do need! Beds and furniture where comfortable. Would stay again if could get a handicap roll in shower room closer to front desk!”

“Microtel usually has a mini fridge and microwave so I was disappointed to not have them in the room. A bit inconvenient for me. Appreciated the good size lobby where I was able to sit for a few hours before catching my flight.”

“Check in process was not good, front desk lady was vary rude, not polite or no greeting and smiling even. Room was good, nice swimming pool and hot tub. Management needs to hire real customer care front desk staff and fired all staff who don't like their job.”

“This is my go to spot whenever I come home to visit family. You’re just about 20 to 30 minutes from everything. (Mall of America, uptown, downtown, etc) The rooms are clean and comfy. For extended stays I always do a little grocery shopping and utilize the mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast is also one of the main reasons why I book this stay. The food is served warm and fresh! Plenty of parking if you have a rental car. Great accommodations and friendly staff! ”

“Pool side option was great for the kids. Pool side option also means no outside lighting and no way to get fresh air. Staff was great and very helpful. Overall a good experience. ”
