“Nice place and service”

“Property was maintained for the condition it was in. Not horrible, but some things, like the wallpaper and worn out carpet could be renovated. Overall nothing was a deal breaker and when I'm in town again I'll most likely stay again.”

“This hotel is more dated than it should be for the area and Hyatt name. They should consider refreshing the rooms, furniture, paint, carpet, etc. Front desk staff is hit or miss, I had to fight for the free breakfast and club benefits that were included in my stay due to staff not knowing how to check in guests or what is included. The pool and gym areas are nice and clean. The bar lobby area is nice, the restaurant we thought existed never opened and food was just served in the lobby/bar open……

“We booked this hotel mostly because of location and that it had a hot tub. We got there and the hot tub was broke and empty. I told the front desk that'd be the same as if I picked the hotel because 5 kids wanted a pool and we got there and it was broke and empty. Not good. Our fridge in the room had a whine to it so after laying in bed and the annoying whine we had to get up and unplug it. However if you want a great bed this they have awesome ones. Can't complain about a free breakfast. Nice……

“Loved the welcoming fire feature when you enter the lobby. Also, appreciated the areas off the lobby for gathering with family outside of the room. Only improvement would be better lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup, shaving, etc.”
