“I had just checked out from the filthiest hotel room I have ever seen. My experience here was a complete 180. From the grounds pulling up, entrance and lobby, staff, hallways, room, everything was so much more homey. I immediately felt safer, cleaner, and more at home. Will stay here again!”

“This hotel is more dated than it should be for the area and Hyatt name. They should consider refreshing the rooms, furniture, paint, carpet, etc. Front desk staff is hit or miss, I had to fight for the free breakfast and club benefits that were included in my stay due to staff not knowing how to check in guests or what is included. The pool and gym areas are nice and clean. The bar lobby area is nice, the restaurant we thought existed never opened and food was just served in the lobby/bar open……

“Very clean and well maintained hotel. Everything was great other than the flooring is not the best choice in the pool area very slippery and almost fell multiple times, along with others. Otherwise great place to stay! ”
