“Quaint waterfront property with many amenities”

“The property is nestled in a wooded area. The sounds of birds and frogs made it more enchanting. It was also close to historic village, hiking, beach, and restaurants.Enjoyed wine and cannoli on the front porch. The kitchen was fully equipped.”

“My friends and I stayed in this cottage and beautiful island for the Fourth of July weekend and had a splendid time. I felt greatly at ease during the vacation as we walked around the neighborhood and visited the cute store across the road. We loved our scenic beach walk to the oldest lighthouse in RI and skipping rocks there. I would highly recommend it here if you're looking lovely vacation.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth. The host was responsive and stayed in contact during the stay. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night and the fenced in yard was perfect for our younger guests. Quiet street and perfect for a family vacation!”

“This place is adorable! It is quaint and fully furnished with absolutely everything you need. There's even a full spice rack, cooking oil, and a nice coffee bar. The only drawback is the neighborhood. The streets are very narrow and sometimes tough to pass on. There is construction across the street, and some of the neighbor kids are quite noisy, repeatedly riding a dirt bike back and forth in front of the house. It does get quiet late at night and I slept well. Having a full sized washer and……

“One of the best locations in Bristol. Charming home in the downtown easy to get to restaurants and shops. Also right across from the Bristol bike path and was able to enjoy bike rides and see glass hunting. Would stay here again. ”

“This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property……
