“Quiet and cozy. Clean, up to date interior. The bed is extremely comfortable. This is obviously a secondary structure on the property which has been renovated into a cottage. This is more of an in-law suite airbnb situation rather than a vacation rental. Take note: THIS COTTAGE IS IN SOMEONE'S BACK YARD, and you can see directly into the primary house's windows. “I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. “I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud……

“We were in RI for a wedding. The 2 bedroom home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had plenty of towels for us. It is conveniently located to Newport. We found a great coffee shop nearby and a bagel shop too. We would definitely look to spend time here again.”
