“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”

“We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.”

“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautifully decorated in a wonderful location. There was plenty of space for us all. Having separate air conditioning in every room allowed us all to be very comfortable.”

“Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill.……

“The home was perfect! Spacious living area with a huge sofa! Large dining table to accommodate the whole family. Nice private outdoor space. Huge primary bedroom with comfortable bed. Clean and well decorated. A real treasure in a great location. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!”
