“We were in town for a fishing expo. We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill perfectly. 3 guys were fine with one on the couch. A really great spot for two couples. Parking was easy when we were there, but maybe not always. The place was clean. Access was unique but convenient. The location was really perfect for us. Thanks for a great visit. We will be back!”

“Presented as advertised. Note should be made as to steep staircase, would not be good for anyone with ambulation difficulty. While it is off season, could use some touch-ups.”

“I stayed at this property during a late Fall work trip to Newport. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but I can see how amazing it would be to stay here in the summer. Everything was just as expected. Getting in was super easy. Edward even mailed a package back to me that arrived after my departure. Very fast communication. I would love to try to snag this gem for Newport Folk Fest.”

“This property suited our needs very well. There was plenty of space for us and we used all facets of the rental, from the back deck, to the dock, to the fire pit, to the living room, to the kitchen! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. There was even a washer and dryer to do laundry! The view in the morning, with the mist rising over the lake and the waterfowl gliding quietly in front of us as we sat on the dock with our morning coffee was splendid! The owner checked in……

“We stayed here because our daughter was in the hospital in Fall River. We started out in Somerset which was closer, but we had to move to Bristol after needing to extend our stay. Even though it was farther, it is as an easier drive. The town is quaint and we could walk to several restaurants and a convenience store. It was clean and had everything we needed. ”
