“I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! From booking to check out, etc., everything went very smoothly. I will stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you, I feel……

“The property was ok. You are on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs. We didn’t mind, but renters should know. The apartment only had 2 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towel, and no kitchen towel. I asked for more towels and only got 2 more bath towels which we made work. The coffee maker was duct taped. It is very simple and met our needs. ”

“It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. ”
