“We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We've already booked it again for Brown's summer program. Highly recommended!”

“What a wonderful time we had at this property. From the timely correspondence with the owner, to the ease of rental, to the actual property. The roof top was a must for morning coffee and afternoon libations! What a view!! The location was excellent as we did a lot of walking to see the sites. It is an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere you need to go as well. So much to see and do in Newport. We cannot wait to come back.”

“The property is very well kept with beautiful flowers and the pool area is great and relaxing-the location is perfect a very short walk to all restaurants and shops. Andrew my host was very responsive and accommodating! Wonderful one bedroom with a beautiful view of the marina. Thanks! ”

Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
