“Great two bedroom with everything you need, the neighbors are a little noisy”

“A really nice place to stay, and would definitely stay there again. It’s a convenient location close to downtown shopping and restaurants. There’s a great little hands on aquarium within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful, even when I unnecessarily messaged her, which I feel bad for. The little balcony/deck gave a nice view of the surrounding area. We were there in Jan so not a lot of time spent out there, but in the summer months it would be a really nice place to sit. ”

“This apartment is appalling. In fact, we arrived a few minutes early. As the cleaning was not done, we came out to wait. No one ever came to clean even 30 minutes after check-in time. The apartment was sal and didn't look like the pictures. It was dark with unclean curtains in the windows. There was a bad smell in the apartment. In addition, the apartment is in a really unsafe area, the access doors to the house are not locked and the stairs are dirty. I do not recommend this apartment to……

“My friends and I were in town for a convention and this was the perfect place to stay. It was just a short drive from the Rhode Island Convention Center. It was very clean and they provided plentry of clean sheets and towels for us. We ran into an issue when getting in the first night (our fault) and the property owner came out to help us get in, which was much appreciated! Whenever I had questions leading up to and during my stay, the owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. Iwould……

“It was very good. The bed in the bedroom on the left is right under the heat vent so it makes it hard to sleep. That’s my only issue.Was a very clean place ”

“John and Dulci were great hosts. They made us feel very welcome and happy to stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we checked in early and gave us an extra hour to check out.They gave great recommendations for food. The location could not be better for people that like good food. You have to try Wara Wara Japanese Ramen bar”

“Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening. ”

“Unclear instructions on how to get in. Took a few tries. Check-in was far too late. I was unable to get in prior to my plans because Check-in was at 6pm. Because of that, I wasn't able to get in until 1:30 am. It was very tough to find at that time and there wasn't very much for parking. However, it is a good spot for 1 night when passing through.”
