“Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future”

“What they did with this space is amazing. Snazzy fixtures, well thought out touches of color and modern amenities made the small area very liveable. The location is great for exploring Rhode Island, especially the beautifully scenic eastern shores of the bay, but it's also minutes from Downcity Providence...yes, it's Downcity, not Downtown.
