“Great unit in a very cute town. We stayed three nights for the Newport Jazz Fest and it took roughly 45-minutes to drive each way. There are very nice restaurants nearby on the waterfront. The unit was very clean and very accommodating. Two huge rooms and a living/dining area. The noise from the traffic on the intersection can be a little loud. We slept with a noise machine and the sound of the ac unit helped. Overall a great place to stay!”

“The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.”

“All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant.
