“This b&b was lovely. The staff was so welcoming and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and they had a drink station set up and fully stocked for use all day along with some games and books you could borrow. There were a few eating options within a block or so and several sites and different neighborhoods were within walking distance. We only stayed one night, but I wish we had stayed longer. ”

“This place is a perfect blend of historic charm and cozy comfort. It was great for my mother/daughter weekend trip! The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the location is ideal—just a short walk from Newport’s downtown. Also, parking is free and eliminated the stress of having to find a spot.
