“House was great. Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well appointed. Comms with owner were prompt. We had everything we needed (and then some!) to enjoy family time on the water…memories were made and look forward to going back in the warmer months!”

“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”

“This is a beautiful home exactly as listed and the host Chris was very responsive and helpful. The view (any time of year) is worth it!! Thank you for a wonderful girl’s weekend.”

“My husband and I needed a weekend getaway, and we picked the perfect spot! Sunset Cove had great breakfast sandwiches and LocalZ for dinner was a lot of fun with fantastic music and delicious food and drinks! Our host was helpful and informative and we would absolutely stay again! The house was clean, cute, and comfortable!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Anything you can imagine has been provided, all the way down to the kitchen "junk drawer" in case you forgot any random item! Everything was spotless and there were plenty of activities for every age. My favorite was the fire pit, while my son & bestie loved the hot tub. The downstairs game room is also great for any child/teen, with lots of board games & fooz-ball provided. The weather didn't cooperate for kayaking, but I'm sure it's……

“The room was very clean and the check in process was easy. The house is directly on a main road and you hear cars all night. The walls are thin and you can hear people snoring in the room adjacent to you. The tv didn’t work. ”

“The views are beautiful, and you cannot say enough about the sunsets. The Island is peaceful. We visited a few of the beaches and picked up a few shells to remember the island. ”

“Property was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Almost 5 stars. The owner had scheduled boiler maintenance during our stay which would have left us without hot water for several hours. Once I protested, she rescheduled that for after our stay. There appeared to be lots of vacancy time when she could have scheduled that. Perplexed why she didn’t do that. There was a substantial leak under the kitchen sink that the owner didn’t know about. I put a pot underneath and made the owner……
