“This is the ultimate location for relaxation. The babbling brook was beautifully landscaped and so relaxing to listen to while sitting on the porch. The hot tub has some great jets!! We are already planning our visit for next year. Great hosts!”

“Everything was exactly as listed. The property is well taken care of and was very clean and the owner's were great! The only improvement that can be suggested is upgrading the mattress. However, this was our second stay and we will be back again! The views are beautiful and the lake is a quick 15 min drive away. This has been our favorite place to stay in Raystown so far and we hope to make this little cabin our regular stay for quick getaways with our fur-babies.”

“Cozy Cabin is a comfortable and clean property. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we spent time indoors and on the covered porch. Heather was very nice to work with and we would rent this cabin again. Cozy Cabin was close to 7 points marina, and Raystown Resort. ”

“Great locations, peace and quiet”

“I celebrated 40 years since my Penn State graduation with my senior college roommate at this cabin just a couple miles from Poe Valley State Park. It was a nice peaceful setting near a small stream. The cabin had everything we wanted. Liked the screened-in porch and the recliners (we're getting old). You do need to drive a few miles of dirt roads to get to this area, but the cabin is along a paved road near a small village of cabins just outside the state parks of Poe Valley and Poe Paddy. ……

“Fun little cabin! Had an amazing time!”

“The open floor plan on the main level is great for gathering. Everything was clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. I like that the main level half bath can be locked off from the en suite bathroom connected to the queen bedroom. It gives a common half bath for everyone to use. I highly recommend! Thank you!”

“The cabin is little but very comfortable. The driveway is definitely a mountain driveway. Very steep. The property of the cabin is very steep as well. Walking to the firepit is very steep too. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage on Pine.The weather was not totally cooperative, so the covered porch allowed us to still be outdoors. The owner was very responsive. They supplied paper products, bath items, spices and coffee. I was told, just bring your toothbrush, food and clothes.We put those that snore in the very nice bunkhouse. ”

“My friends and I were looking for a weekend get a way and Linda’s cabin was the absolute perfect fit. The hosts were absolutely incredible and made sure all our needs were met and we were very comfortable. The cabin itself was so homey, safe, and clean. We truly had the best weekend and shared so many memories together, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of this cabin. We thank you so much for having us and will be booking again in the future !!”
