“This hotel I think is overrated. The room fixture was a bit dated. The shower room was very small. Some of the tiles was broke. The shower gel is bottle is too small. “This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. The hotel manager will take good care of our needs. The room was as clean as new and the sheets were ironed and flat.The location is close to the station exit so it is very convenient.”

“Overlooking the Berlin Zoo and Tiergarten is a huge plus and great for a couple of nights. We stayed for 5 nights and even the staff were surprised we were there for that long. We felt pressured by staff to have the room serviced every 3 days instead of daily - we ran out of tissues and dry towels quickly.
