“Overall a great stay. We enjoyed the surroundings, reconnecting without tv etc, and the nice pavilion with hot tub. However, there are a few smaller things I must point out…the insulation & heating combination in this little house is very uneven/seems inadequate. Many of the windows leaked so much cold into the house that they sweat on the inside. Water pressure is dreadful when you’re trying to shower in the cold bathroom, so takes a while to get warmed up. No coffee cups or glass cups, so……

“My family had a very nice stay at this beautiful house. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We also had a every good evening at a restaurant/bar a block away called Social House 227. Everything about our stay was pleasant. No complaints. ”

“Rental and suite were very nice. They did a great job renovating the mercantile. Only downside was the area was pretty rundown. It was right on the katy trail so if you bike, it would be awesome. Price was a lot cheaper than in Hermann too.”

“To start, communication with the owners was so easy and they were super quick to respond. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas, clean, and cozy! We were greeted with a lovely note and wine for our anniversary. Had everything we needed to stay and cook for ourselves all weekend. Cannot wait to book our next stay!”

“Cute house walking distance from parks and historic main street. Walk to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Host was so communicative, making sure we were good and asking if we needed anything. House was also super clean! A great choice when visiting Troy! ”
