“Stayed for a long weekend to recover from a traumatic family loss. Severe cold caused the drains to freeze in the home and water backed up into the kitchen floor while we were cooking dinner. After about 2 hours of frantic calls back and forth with the on call property manager and the maintenance man, we determined the property was not functional, as we could not use the bathrooms or kitchen sink. “We had an excellent family weekend with 8 adults. Property management was very responsive, response times 1 hour. Fully equipped kitchen, good gas grill, nice outdoor furniture. Lake was nice to be nearby, but it didn’t look deep enough to jump in. Good outdoor furniture. Location about 12 minutes from the commons. They provide shampoo and soap that work in a pinch but would recommend you bring your own. In July, outside was HOT and this place’s air condition was 100%. We had plenty of space to……

“This was a great little cabin - very out of the way and private and a very beautiful setting. We stayed for the weekend and unfortunately it rained all day Saturday, but even at that we just drove around Innsbrook and enjoyed the fall foliage and all the deer. The cabin was just as pictures and very comfortable. ”
