I walked to the Beachwood Market and the Beachwood Cafe almost daily. Carlos was quick to get back to me and the communication was easy and prompt. We appreciated having a nice washer and dryer. Very safe neighborhood. Super clean home. We highly recommend. ”

“Our family group of 11 adults and 1 child stayed for 5 nights in April. Beautiful home with loovely landscaping backs onto the El Modena open space. There are plenty of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, sauna and gym. Kitchen was huge and well-equipped. Supermarket was just a few minutes away and Disneyland was less than 20 minutes. Property manager was very responsive. We had a lovely stay - would do it again.”

“We came from across country for a family wedding. Six bedrooms and adequate bathrooms and shared space. Bright and sunny and very comfortable!The only drawback: the driveway is very steep so uber and taxi drivers would not come down the hill. None of us had a problem walking up the hill (a little tricky in heels) but the property would not be appropiate for anyone who is unsteady on their feet, or uses a cane or walker, unless they have their own car.”
