“This place was great! The location is perfect. We barely needed to use our van to go places. Like the other reviewers said, this home is located steps from the Pacific Coast Highway which can be pretty loud at night with muscle cars and motorcycles trying to be super cool (if you know what I mean). Earplugs may be a good suggestion for those who sleep lightly. Melanie was incredibly fast at responding and went out of her way to bring us garbage bags and a bike pump one day. We especially loved……

“Great property, great views great communication”

“My family was celebrating my youngest daughter graduating from USC law School. I wanted a special place to stay to mark the occasion. From the moment I booked the house, checked in with a guided tour, and for our entire stay, the entire trip was magnificent. The pictures of the house, rooms, grounds, and views look great on the website, but every little detail about the house was even more beautiful in person. The house is huge and feels like family at thew same time. The entrance and hallways……

“We came from across country for a family wedding. Six bedrooms and adequate bathrooms and shared space. Bright and sunny and very comfortable!The only drawback: the driveway is very steep so uber and taxi drivers would not come down the hill. None of us had a problem walking up the hill (a little tricky in heels) but the property would not be appropiate for anyone who is unsteady on their feet, or uses a cane or walker, unless they have their own car.”

“What a beautiful home /garden vacation home this was for myself and 4 girl friends we traveled from Texas and had a great time catching up for 3 days we tanned , relaxed, we were able to see Santa Monica one day and Los Angeles the next bc everything was about 30 mins away . I walked to the Beachwood Market and the Beachwood Cafe almost daily. Carlos was quick to get back to me and the communication was easy and prompt. We appreciated having a nice washer and dryer.
