“The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned.……

“My husband and I stayed as our baby moon and it was wonderful. It was quiet and relaxing and just what we needed to unwind. It was wonderful to be there during the off season - there was so much to do. The home was beautiful and so comfortable. Yes the bed was tall but it wasn’t too hard to get into (even at 7 months pregnant) as there were step stools provided. Thank you so much for such a wonderful getaway- we can’t wait to come back! ”

“Property was in an excellent location, walking distance to many great restaurants and Seneca Lake! It was also a quick drive to many delicious wineries on the north end of Seneca Lake. Communication with Karen was so easy as well and she made check in and check out a breeze! The unit itself felt very safe and was so clean. It had many nice amenities and was so spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the Finger Lakes! Only minor concern is that we could hear cars on the street……

“My daughter and I stayed here while singing attending Naples’ women’s weekend. This is my second time staying at the condo and my daughter’s third. It’s a beautiful condo. It is always very clean and the host of very gracious and easy to work with! We always check if the condo is available when we come to the area!”
