“The room is perfect. But the ground floor is no view of the beach.”

“Clean, comfy, quiet room. Just a street away from the main drag and just a few blocks from the beach. The room is really good. The only negative is the parking spaces - they are very tiny. They really need to redraw the lines it appears they have the room to make the spaces a bit bigger. If you have a mid/large SUV or a truck you are going to struggle to move in that parking lot and you won’t fit into one of the drawn spots. ”

“This renovated 8 unit motel is a sweet spot for a beach getaway. The renovation is well done and everything is clean and accurately described, with easy on site parking and lots of walkable dining. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Think of this as a sweet little self-serve hotel room by the beach. My teen daughter and I stayed here and it worked well. There’s not a lot of room to hang out, so plan to be out and about and use this as your cozy home base with a very comfy bed to rest well at night.……

“The location was ideal for Rehoboth Beach. Off-street parking is a nice amenity. It was clean and quite comfortable. The host was outstanding in assisting me with check-in and wi-fi connections when I had VRBO app issues. One suggestion if you are easily awakened by noice - bring earplugs. Being centrally located, street cleaning and garbage collection started early and was noisy. ”
